5 Taka's Terms & Conditions – Complete & transparent

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 5 Taka platform and all its services. By accessing the 5 Taka website, creating an account, or using any service, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

5 Taka is an online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

Key definitions

• "Platform" refers to the 5 Taka website, mobile application, and all related services.
• "Member" or "You" refers to a person registered on 5 Taka.
• "Account" refers to the member's personal user profile.
• "Bet" refers to a wager placed on the outcome of a specific event.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of money deposited in the account.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits or benefits provided by 5 Taka.

To open an account with 5 Taka, the following conditions must be met. If conditions are not met, 5 Taka reserves the right to close the account at any time.

Terms & Conditions

• The applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each person can only create one account.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Accounts opened with false information will be cancelled.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the member's responsibility.
• National ID card or passport may need to be submitted for identity verification.

KYC Verification

5 Taka follows KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to ensure financial security. The following documents may be requested before the first withdrawal or during large transactions:

• Clear photo of National ID Card (NID) or Passport
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership
• Bank statement if required

All betting activities on 5 Taka are conducted according to specific rules. 5 Taka's decision regarding bet acceptance or cancellation is final.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• All bets are effective only after confirmation. Bets cannot be changed once confirmed.
• 5 Taka reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• International rules apply for determining cricket match results in cases of rain or the D/L method.

Betting Limits

Live Betting

During live betting on 5 Taka, odds change in real time. A bet may be rejected before confirmation due to network issues or odds movement. In such cases, your stake will be fully refunded.

All financial transactions at 5 Taka are secure and transparent. We do not deduct any hidden charges. However, certain important payment-related rules must be followed.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not allowed.
• Minimum deposit via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket is BDT 50.
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer is BDT 500.
• After depositing, the transaction ID must be submitted correctly.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal is BDT 200.
• You can withdraw up to 5 times daily, with a total limit of BDT 100,000.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw winnings from bonuses.

Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious, 5 Taka may request additional verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during this period. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, action will be taken according to the law.

5 Taka offers various types of bonuses and promotions for members. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read carefully before accepting the bonus.

General bonus terms

• After receiving a bonus, it must be used within the specified time limit.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly – wagering requirements must be met first.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: must bet 10 times the bonus amount.
• Minimum odds must be 1.50 or higher when using the bonus.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once – multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same family or device.

To maintain a fair service environment on 5 Taka, certain activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in account cancellation and legal action.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Betting using automated bots or software.
• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors for advantage.
• Opening or verifying an account with incorrect or false information.
• Making payments or withdrawals through third parties.
• Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Defrauding other members or participating in match-fixing.
• Unauthorized use of 5 Taka's brand or logo.

5 Taka may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons.

Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure

• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failing to complete KYC verification or submitting incorrect documents.
• Participating in prohibited activities.
• Abusing bonuses.
• Suspected compromise of account security.
• Not using the account for a long period (more than 12 months).

Account Closure by Member

You may also close your account at any time. It is recommended to withdraw your balance before closing the account. If you wish to reopen after closure, contact the support team.

Complaints Procedure

3. We will try to provide an initial response within 48 hours.
4. Complex issues may take up to 7 business days to resolve.
5. In case of disputes regarding bet results, 5 Taka's decision will be considered final.

If an error occurs in a bet due to technical issues, 5 Taka will review server logs and data from the time of the incident to make the correct decision. In such cases, user screenshots alone will not be considered sufficient evidence.

5 Taka reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Advance notice will be given via registered email for significant changes.
